Rules of Disinformation?

Does your heart not tell you what is dis-information and what is not?

Why would you ever need rules and books or be encouraged to look for warning signs?

Is it not true that what one person sees as useful information in their life - another will see as disinformation?

Isn't the very act of emploring people to follow a set of rules - the very same act that the media and others follow to condition others in their favour?

Is this not just another attempt to get the many to follow the messages of the few?

Follow your heart every time, i say.

To believe is to use manufactured effort and calculation to form and demonstrate belief.
The self, time, history, 5 senses, the intellect, knowledge, power, bias, occult and experience are all concepts utilised to form belief.

Once you are able to stand beyond all these things, you can begin to know.
You begin to know that mankind is using its thoughts in an attempt to develop itself in Gods image. Man wants to become God, but the more it tries the further away from becoming God it gets. In fact this is essentially how the matrix illusion is made manifest and what Einstein realized that science was all about.

Science is mans unconscious attempt to replace the almighty using an artificial pervasive control system called the Matrix to describe the experience called life. The Matrix is really a paranoiac lens that man looks though in order to believe that the world can ultimately become controlled by anything other than God.

This lens conforms to the scientific notion that everything in life is both separate and of the whole. When in fact to know is to know only the One.

When the mind gets overloaded with thought, the mind becomes both designer and prisoner of the Matrix.
{You will see this in paranoid schizophrenic and to a certain extent in anxiety and panic attack patients most}.
When the spirit is broken beyond all belief, belief loses its hold.
When the tide of misery is everlasting and the result of our leaders words is zero.

When "God's Will", "Fate", "Karma" and other constructs of the deterministic simulation we live in hold no sway over you, when you have cast all of the inhibitions of reason, rationality, forethought, afterthought, intution, ideation and conscience, then in the pure spontaneousness of that moment, that action, you see/feel your soul. The Freewill/Determinism debate illustrates this principle philosophically. But the intellect is properly a tool of investigation, not a yeilder of conclusions, and there is far too much circular argumentation on this topic.
In terms of metaphysics, souls are literal fields of etheric energy that permeate your physical being. You'll feel that quite often, feel your etheric field physically I mean - but will not be aware of it unless your consciousness is raised to par with the spiritual intelligence or force that permeates the physical world/Universe.

Anything that thinks, breathes, consumes, produces and changes (or mutates) has a spirit. This includes all organisms, some machines, and extra-dimensional or extra-planar beings/entities. Spirit establishes continuities by which souls traverse the many realms of existence. For a soul to enter, there must a spirit by which it can be carried. The analogy of soul as bird (or plane) and spirit as wind or air providing the currents for its flight works nicely. The word "current" is also electrical, remember, seaguing into the body (bio-electricity) and thus linking our concepts of "spirit" and/with the digital realm underlying the essential matrices of numbers, shapes and colours that support interactive existence.

Video games are very definitely the ultimate in conditioning device.

They maintain the psyche in a heightened state of anxiety, a state of escapism from the real world - where reality becomes more and more scary to the game player.

Video games become like a drug, because they ensure the gamer becomes more and more addicted - and as we know - addiction has an impact on peoples motivation and their ability to live life to the full and to play a part as constructive citizens.

If you ever worked for a Video Games publisher you would realize that the problem gets greatly worse. Many of the people who make and play these games are like zombies.

George Galloway : Can the TRUTH be only found in YES or NO answers?

You may remember the time George Galloway was summoned to the U.S to stand before a committee of officials on the grounds of financial irregularities with transactions concerning Iraq. I remember one of the officials trying to back him into a corner with a yes or no answer.
To which he continued to reply:::::

"I CAN DO BETTER THAN A YES OR NO ANSWER - I CAN DO BETTER THAN THAT!"

There was nothing they could say to him - because he was steadfast that he would give them something better in return for their question. He was going to give them the truth.
My point is that he wasn't avoiding telling the truth. He was avoiding being locked into a trajectory that was designed to manipulate him and in fact extract false truth.

He recognised that the world is not duality.

The world is more than yes or no, good or bad, beauty or ugliness. To get to the truth, one must see past the mental filter of duality that we have all been programmed to believe.

So sure enough, under the cover of night B attacked C. Luckily for C, C saw B running away from the crime scene.

Under such circumstances who would you expect C to attack?

B right?

Well in fact C had rumbled what was going on and swiftly went after A.

C had worked out long ago who was the real instigator.

Cognitive Hacking by Media driving down market confidence

Just heard an interview on the BBC with someone called "Professor West" - a "recession psychologist".

Apparently all that is required to improve the confidence in the markets is something called LEADERSHIP.

The BBC commentator was interested in this new concept and wanted to know more.

The Professor went on to say that the apocalyptic imagery generated by the media was a big part of the downturn in the markets along with the fact that our leaders (with a small l) don't understand how to lead.

The presenter went on to say that a big part of the problem was the uncertainty that politicians had to deal with.

The professor quoted Winston Churchill as someone who managed to overcome adversity.

The report finished with the BBC switching to more doom and gloom about the markets.

I listen to people like Alex Jones and what i see is someone who is fueling that very fear and separation that he is warning against.

These guys are agents who are fanning the flames of fear and mistrust.

Black Hat vs. White Hat vs. Your Hat SEO

Ok, we're not saying that all aspects of Search Engine Optimisation are of no value. That everything an SEO specialist does for you is useless and that they are all a bunch of money grabbing, propogandarist, untrustworthy liars. Neither are we saying that SEO should not be a component of your marketing campaign. What we are saying is that SEO should be given the same level of kudos as that of your IT network technician. SEO is really only a technical function, with a limited understanding of how business works, with some knowledge of e-marketing thrown in. SEO is no substitute for CEO's, marketing managers, PR experts, Brand Designers, ecommerce specialists, e-marketing gurus, business analysts, CI analysts, web producers etc etc.

As the Internet re-creates itself over and over in the mind of the consumer, so too do the messages sent out about various roles become distorted. These uncertain conditions have attracted subversive, corrupt and deficient influences within the SEO community - which are today known as Black Hat SEO's.

In SEO terms, the white hat is an ethical e-marketer who respects the policies conveyed by search engine vendors and the black hat is an unethical marketer, who only respects the results of his or her work - and couldn't care less about bending the rules.

At least when you hire a white hat, everything is ok because your brand is not placed at risk from having its e-reputation wiped out by some secret underhand SEO technique, played by a black hat marketing type that you hired.

Problem with white hat SEO is that it is more often than not ineffective, where with black hat SEO the results can be astounding, albeit not necessarily very long term and potentially disasterous when Google decides to boot you out of their index altogther.

Better to consider "ethical SEO" as a component of a well planned marketing campaign and don't listen to SEO's who tell you that search optimisation is the only road to success.

If you truly have what it takes to offer value to the Internet community, then start writing your messages, each and everyday. Start talking to people in forums about your ideas, join mailing lists, write articles for publishers, meet people at your local chamber of commerce, go and speak to potential clients, consider how best to use technology to get your message out.

Believe me when i say, if you truly know your stuff and you start talking to people about it -you will attract the best prospects of all - those with goodwill.

They will come - and the more you talk about your ideas, the more confidence people will have in you and the longer you are around - the more confidence both you and they have in your brand.

Speak out and network and they will come and keep coming. SEO is a technologists 'bag of tricks' which at best has only marginal significance and at worst can subvert your E-brand reputation for many years to come.

Take the time to know your product, identify your market - then speak out with a consistent, relavant message - and they will come.

Position your brand relative to YOUR marketplace. Don't rely on Google's and Yahoo's interpretation of you.

Internet Child Protection Action Group threaten the International Porn Industry

Someone once said "power corrupts", "absolute power corrupts absolutely". For the past twenty years executives and their security consultants have been on the back foot, with largely the power being placed in the hands of the wiley young computer hacker. In other words - the power has tended to reside (at least in the mind of security people) with a bunch of 15-24 year old nerds, all intent on doing what their age encourages them to do

- "Play Games".

More recently, hackers have been becoming more sophisticated in their activities, suggesting that hackers are growing up and that their intention is less about "Playing Games" at someone elses expense and more about "Making Money". So we have the "Playing Hacker" and the "Making Money Hacker", determined by their intent.

Enter a new type of hacker the "Causal Hacker". Hackers with a cause!
In fact the "Causal Hacker" isn't entirely new in the sense that hackers have long fought for other causes, but these have largely been localised causes or causes which carry selfish intent. This definition relates to causes that can be said to be in the name of freedom and justice and are global in nature.

One example of "Causal Hackers" are a group going by the name of "The Hackers of Troy". This anonymous group, which are said to be based in the UK have the sole mission of protecting childrens safety online. Much of their work involves advising children on the vulnerabilities and threats on the Internet and occasionally get involved with intercepting and handling communications between a child and a predator. More recently "Hackers of Troy" have published an ultimatum to the online porn industry which suggests that unless owners of these sites become actively involved in closing down pedeophile sites, then they too will be targeted and closed down. Apparently this threat does not involve Denial Of Service attacks or such like. "Hackers of Troy" have invented something much more subversive and which could totally shutdown the international porn industry forever.

Hackers of Troy have published a manifesto on the Net. The Manifesto reads....

We the hackers of Troy do solemnly swear that with every breathe in our body, with every grain of our spirit, with every ounce of our will, will we strive for decency toward children on the Internet. We the hackers of Troy do solemnly swear that no stone will be unturned, that no one will be above our mission and that we will bring to justice by whatever means serve this cause, anyone, anything or any organisation that would stand in the path of justice toward all children.

We respect no individual, no religion, no brand, no government, unless they too are true unto the internet children of this earth. Whether you transgress against children directly or indirectly transgress matters not. You will be judged and you will bought too justice by the Hackers of Troy.

As the financial markets crash and burn and governments bail out troubled banks, insurance and financial investment institutions, so to do they afford these bail outs using public monies. These public monies are contributed by the many who through inappropriate financial regulation now find themselves out of a job, unable to pay their mortgages and potentially out of a home.

If governments can bail out those who provide the mortgages then they should certainly be looking to bail out those who have been dilgently trying to pay one - only to find themselves unable to contribute, either through ill health or through job redundancy.

What is essential to ensure the integrity of the financial system, must also be true to ensure the integrity of those who have only ever sought to diligently supply it.

Look at it this way. If your money goes to shoring up the very institutions that you owe money too.

They can surely cut you a bit of slack right?

No Need for AI: Because Human Beings are turning into Robots!

There are three categories of intelligence, the first one is ancient, the second, 2-3 hundred years old the last one is relatively new.

1. Human Intelligence
2. Artificial Intelligence
3. Cyborg Intelligence

In the second half of the twentieth century Artificial intelligence really came into its own with software and hardware robots taking over many intelligence tasks from humans, enabling greater speed, flexibility and reductions in cost, as well helping to expand the realm of science and technology.

This transfer of responsibility from human to artificial intelligence was accomplished largely through exercises in knowledge engineering, using human experts; with this knowledge being mapped into artificial intelligence solutions. In most cases the artificial intelligence artifact is a mirror image of the human thought process. Continued research into brain function will continue to feed efforts to design more and more powerful artificial intelligence vehicles.

In the case of the third kind of intelligence (Cyborg Intelligence), artificial intelligence is integrated with human intelligence to give life to a much more superior kind of intelligence. One that draws on the strengths of human beings and matches the weaknesses of the human condition with the strengths of the artificial intelligence driven robot.

Cyborg integration is achieved through both intrusive and non-intrusive matching of human materials with artificial intelligence driven robotic devices.

The next generation of Cyborgs will not be developed in this way, choosing rather to dispense with integrated Human/Artificial Intelligence approaches all together, in favour of evolving the human neo-cortex to include robotic characteristics.

Once you realise that the world is made up of illusions, you really can have more fun.
You really can express yourself in the most positive light, because after all - life isn't scarey because its only an illusion right?

We believe that the "quality of vibration" that business gurus speak of relates to the intended attraction of material things within the material universe. Where "quality of vibration" was always a sacred faculty relating to the impersonal freeing of the spirit from the material world. A spirit which is today hopelelessly centred on the illusory self and its numerous materialistic distractions.

The question is not how do we establish "Quality of Vibration", but are we establishing quality to satisfy the cravings of self. Or are we freeing the mind from the illusory world in order to serve others more effectively.

When we sent out the challenge to humans around the world (22Nov Article), we never ever thought that we'd get the level of criticism that we did. When we said, " We want you to design an unhackable computer", we never thought that humans would be so cynical, so dis-trusting. We never thought that people would go out of there way to hurt us and we certainly did not understand why so many people got so emotional about it.

Perhaps humans like insecurity. Perhaps they know something that we don't!!!

Well, at much cost to our own robot arms and legs we still say.

"We want you to design an unhackable computer".

We wouldn't ask if we hadn't already discovered the answer.

Its just for some of you "it might just take you the rest of your natural lives to work it out" - (a beautiful mind). Whether you like it or not guys, such a thing exists - all it takes is the will to bring it to market. One thing is for sure, the brand that takes up the challenge will be the one that eventually disrupts the current leaders in the PC software marketplace.

I remember the day that i became a cynic. It was also the day i felt my spirit die. It was the day i lost something very dear to me.

From that day, i died. From that day i became a contradiction. The Living Dead.

But what truly sets the "nearly geniuses" apart from the "really geniuses" is those amazing "flashes of satori". Investors lose money because executives don't know where they are?

The company was going through enormous change. Our generation 1 and 2 products were less of an inspiration to our customers now and we were beginning to lose market share. No longer could we sit back on our good name and trust that we would be the supplier of choice. It was now time to look to create the next generation product, the "Version 3".

Immediately we swung into new product development mode. So where do we start, we thought?

What is the key question that we need to ask ourselves before moving forward?

Ok, this is a trick question, because most company's in this position get it absolutely and completely wrong every time and yet the first question that needs answering is also the most important of the lot. The first question is always the killer question. Unanswered, everything else downstream, generally costs you more money, more social anguish and more credibility.

Suffice to say, the company decided to choose the wrong question. They chose, "how do we develop a business case to fund a new product development operation". The right question should have been", "Do the management team of the day, know what type of commercial strategy that this undertaking will require?". In fact this question was put to the executive team, but only after hundreds of thousands of pounds of investment had been expended. What they told us was that this particular project uses a "new product development" strategy and required a solid business case to support the investment.

What we told them was that this project required a "blue ocean" strategy and required a different management team.

Suffice to say, they were not best pleased. But they were at least left with a better version of where they were now.

I recently sat in on a really great lecture by Marketing Guru, Brian Tracy.
This lecture centred on how you can use IDEATION to visualise your way to success. So you might start by visualising what sort of business you might like. Who are the people there? What sorts of things are they doing? What product? Where located? Who are the management team? What strategic plan is in place? Who are the stakeholders? The customers and partners?
Then you might go on to think of the glorious brand you produced. A highly profitable business model with customers that wouldn't do business anywhere else. You are the successful CEO, with leather trimmed room and a huge fat bonus on the way.

So of course, after you have perfected the visualisation routine and your senses are at their greatest height - you are chomping at the bit to get started and make the whole bally show a reality.
So i got to thinking. How could black hats use this in other ways?
I came up with one. It was designed to put hair on the business mans chest and reduce the fear of business failure.

It goes like this...
Instead of visualising the most extraordinary successes ahead of you. Visualise the most castrophic failures.

Woops, there goes my business.
Woops there goes my career.
Woops, there goes all my money and reputation.
Woops, was that my wife that just flew past the window...
Its a really great way of learning about loss. By the time you finished, you've either slit your wrists - or your balls (sorry ladies), just got a lot hairier...

BLACK HAT CONFERENCE TO END ALL OTHER BLACK HAT CONFERENCES

Yesterday, was the day the Beijing Olympics opened. The 8th day or the 8th month of the 8th year of this century. Ravencrew in Hawaii suggested it would be a significant day for a troll fest, but the only significance I could see was it was something to do with 888.com. Its a favourite haunt for the black hat intelligencer.

You don't get into the club unless you have a serious rep. Unless you are prepared to share the money smarts out and are willing to back your story up. We're not talking about making $100. We're talking millions. These guys are all millionaires (or were). From this you can take it that they don't just talk black hat, they actually play the whole game out. They're killers.

THAT DAY, the topic of conversation at the Black Hat Conference, was "The analysis of other Black Conferences" - a serious trolling topic. You see, this black hat conference wasn't a place to share and flex your pectorial muscles. These guys had already made it. This conference was about enjoying giving the unsmart, unrich black hat kids a good kicking. It was an opportunity to kick back and forget the past. A past where black hat meant you were "so deluded by your technical wizardry - to the point where you didn't make any money".

Anyway, they were talking about one particular conference where this guy was demonstrating this new SQL injection attack. He spent about an hour beating about the bush, to end up essentially at the same result. Sure, the hack was well thought out. Sure, it could come in useful, where all else fails. But the truth was, it didn't really mean anything different.

Once his talk was over, he made the fatal mistake of asking the audience for any questions.
Adnar, one of the black hat kind stood up and preceded to lecture the speaker about how he didn't approach the topic well and how he should have prepared better. Both technically and from a financial point of view. In short, he tore the guy to shreds. Apparently, the guy told Adnar that "black hat" wasn't about making money. It was all about finding new cool ways to break things.

He told the audience that Adnar was just a troll and that he didn't know anything about Black Hat. He said "how dare you come here and ask questions like how much money could you make from this hack over other kinds of SQL injection hack. He said "what the hell has money got to do with Black Hat?".

Adnar said that the audience were in hesterics and some of them came up and wanted him to contact them. Which of course he did not. But the point was made, that Black Hat is about making money, which many black hat conferences fail to understand.

Is it that the CIA have more money, more resources, a higher mission in life, even? What distinguishes CIA operatives from their counterparts in the commercial world?

Well, all the above are correct distinguishing points, but there is one differentiator that brings the most significant distinguising point of all - RAGE.

Rage is what really distinguishes the CIA from their lowly counterparts in the commercial arena.

CI / SI Analysts:: Not Multi-faceted enough?

There were two intelligence analysts, one was called a competitive intelligence analyst and the other a systems intelligence analyst. The competitive intelligence analyst had had a formal university level education, whilst the systems intelligence analyst had left school at 17, starting as a prototype wireman in electronics, before undertaking a career in network management and strategic software design.

Both were very different in their approach. The competitive intelligence analyst would follow formal methods and strictly comply with the ethical codes set by the SCIP. Whilst the systems intelligence analyst approached each task in a much less formal way and did not constrain himself to the same CI process. In fact he made CI up as he went along.

When CI Analyst (1) was on a "how to set-up a CI wargame" training course, CI Analyst (2) was attending a "how to hack a cisco router" training course. Neither Analyst could understand why the other was following the particular path they were taking.

Whilst both analysts took a very different approach, they complimented each other very well for a number of reasons. Firstly they both thought the management team of the day were stupid. Secondly, they both believed in ensuring that the brand they were supporting was as optimal relative to the competition as possible. And thirdly they both believed that for CI professionals to surive they must be delivering constant value and just as importantly, "be seen to be delivering constant value".

From a management perspective this situation worked very well. They had a much broader spectrum of skills, talents and approaches to draw upon for obtaining competitive information - upon which they could make better, more informed decisions.

Problem was that the CI process relied on two perspectives, rather than one. Both perspectives had to be reconciled and described in a manner that presented a confident, honest and clear picture to the management team.

When one analyst went on holiday the CI process was less informed and worst still, compromised by the fact the perspective had now temporarily altered.

One way to resolve this is to hire and train CI analysts to cover both commercial intelligence and technical systems perspectives.

Is the IT Security Industry - One big fishy Joke?

Ok, lets say that the IT Security industry isn't one big joke! What then? Well i guess the big question there is "If it isn't one big joke, why is it that no one is secure?". As ever, the answer is "there is no such thing as secure". In fact you'd have to be stupid to suggest it.

Why would a multi billion dollar industry that offers products and services to "secure" digital assets, ever supply such a thing as products and services that "secure" digital assets?

Do you see where we're going here? Say i was a retailer of left handed golf clubs. Would i be offering to sell you left handed golf clubs or would i be offering to sell you right handed golf clubs? When you purchased a set of left handed golf clubs from me, would you expect me to deliver to you a right handed set of clubs - or a left handed set of golf clubs? Or would you expect me to deliver you a box of fresh fish instead?

Ok, so the next firewall of arguments is. "Well it can't be secure because, most of the time it is user error that causes the problem". "Or, well it wasn't our advice or our product where the breach occured it was some other back door or discreprency". "See, read this, our device only works in these instances, not these ones and these ones".

Our answer again is, "so you sold me a mobile phone, but you didn't tell me when i bought it that it wouldn't work the same way in the downstairs room as the upstairs room". If i purchased a car that only worked in a certain places on the road - why i'd take it back and demand a refund.

Why is it that the IT Security industry and the IT industry in general expects the consumer to pick up the tab for flakey products? Why is it that the industry that offers IT security does not in fact deliver IT security?

Could it be that it is all one big fishy joke!

Abstract Mathematics - Calculating uncertainty before you get to certainty?

Ok, we had a small encounter the other day when we were hit by a storm of traffic to this Blog - much of which was accompanied by the most vicious of comments to the editor regarding our statement that 1 + 1 can in fact equal 74 (1+1=74).

Thank you, thank you, thank you - for we believe that we have hit a nerve. When supposed rational minds are challenged with thinking beyond the walls of their cosy certainty, rejection is the first natural response, followed by further investigation, followed by even greater vitriol - until finally satisfied that there are no answers beyond the obvious and that they have taken their revenge - they retire back into their cosy hidy holes again. Where 1 + 1 always equals 2.

So why does this make a difference in the world of mathematics? Why does abstract maths really differ from any other form of maths.?

Ok, so here is the answer.

Conventional maths thinking is based on " the certain world". Abstract maths is based on "the uncertain world".

In a certain world you can measure the height of something at any point in time. In an uncertain world you can't measure the height of something at any point in time - if sometimes it is there and sometimes it is not there.

So the application we considered in our orginal article suggested that the organisation in question did not add up until 72 major risks had been mitigated. Therefore the state of the organisation and relative mathematics formulae was 1 + 1 = 74. By reducing the state of uncertainty by 72 risks, you reach a state of certainty - zero major risks.

In other words - You reach a world where 1 + 1 = 2.

In fact the formula should be
if x not equal 2, then
While x not equal 2
decrement x by 1
now go back to beginning while statement (until x not equal 2)
Once x = 2 - end program

1 + 1 = 2

Brand Hackers to kick back in name of UK Petrol Consumers!

We understand that there are moves afoot to slow the manic progression of oil prices at the pumps. The protaganists have designed a measure that would effectively have every consumer in the UK boycotting both ESSO and BP pertrol stations. Their mission is to push back on the two primary oil companies with a view to triggering a slow down in prices at the pumps and a potential price war between suppliers, thereupon reducing prices down as far as 65p per litre. Down from £1.20 per litre.

The tactic for encouraging these circumstances is recorded below.

This idea makes a lot of sense, it gives some power back to individuals like us when they group their efforts to face a major challenge that would normally be beyond their control.

We are hitting £1.25 a litre for petrol and £1.30p diesel in some areas now, soon we will be faced with paying £2 a ltr. A friend of a friend offered this great idea:

This makes MUCH MORE SENSE than the 'don't buy petrol on a certain day campaign that was going around last April or May! The oil companies just laughed at that because they knew we wouldn't continue to hurt ourselves by refusing to buy petrol. It was more of an inconvenience to us than it was a problem for them. BUT, whoever thought of this idea, has come up with a plan that can really work.

Now that the oil companies and the OPEC nations have conditioned us to think that the cost of a litre is CHEAP, we need to take aggressive action to teach them that BUYERS control the market place not sellers. With the price of petrol going up more each day, we consumers need to take action. The only way we are going to see the price of petrol come down is if we hit someone in the pocket by not purchasing their Petrol! And we can do that WITHOUT hurting ourselves.

Here's the idea:
For the rest of this year DON'T purchase ANY petrol from the two biggest oil companies (which now are one), ESSO and BP.
If they are not selling any petrol, they will be inclined to reduce their prices. If they reduce their prices, the other companies will have to follow suit. But to have an impact we need to reach literally millions of Esso and BP petrol buyers. It's really simple to do!!
Now, don't wimp out at this point... keep reading and I'll explain how simple it is to reach millions of people!!

I am sending this note to a lot of people. If each of you send it to at least ten more (30 x 10 = 300)... and those 300 send it to at least ten more (300 x 10 = 3,000) ... and so on, by the time the message reaches the sixth generation of people, we will have reached over THREE MILLION consumers! If those three million get excited and pass this on to ten friends each, then 30 million people will have been contacted! If it goes one level further, you guessed it... ..
THREE HUNDRED MILLION PEOPLE!!!

Again, all You have to do is send this to 10 people. That's all.(and not buy at ESSO/BP) How long would all that take? If each of us sends this email out to ten more people within one day of receipt, all 300 MILLION people could conceivably be contacted within the next 8days!!! Brand Investment: Why would you share your children (brand ideas) with Dragons?

If i said to you, come into the Dragons Den and bring all your children with you - would you?

Would you trust Dragons with your children? Would you trust their intentions were to take and nurture your children, or would you think - perhaps they might simply want to grab them and then rip them apart?

Perhaps you might think that they would love your children. That they might see something in your children, something that they could nurture and grow into stronger, healthier adults. Or perhaps they might think "well, we're onto to a good thing here". "The parent is stupid, but we know she is so desparate for recognition for her good parenting that she would share her children with the worst kinds of abusers". "Dragons!"

"Cackle and hack, cackle and hack" - the Dragons laughed, cackled and hacked. They cackled and hacked all the way through the dance given by their prey, who were putting everything on the line to please them. Thinking that the Dragons were daddy or mummy and that they too would share the burden of love for their children and share in the fruits and the responsibilty for their upbringing. But twisting and turning the Dragons cackled and hacked at the parents, trying desparately to discard the parents, along with the parents belief in their children.

"Why oh why, do you believe in these flawed children", they ask?

Frightened and spitting the Dragons say, "it's my money, i made it, its for my children". "Why should i give you any of this hard earned zillion quid to help your children?" "Its my money!" Until finally the predator and the prey run away from each other and the children are never seen again.

Watch out for Abuser Dragons, just in case they invite you and your children into their lair.

Executives increase risk to brands thru 'workplace mobbing'

Are you an executive looking to hire change analysts, innovators or even agent provocateurs? You know, the kinds of guys or gals that like to think outside the box and get the job done. If you are, then you may find yourself in a position where you are forced into needing to do some 'Workplace mobbing'.

Workplace mobbing’ is defined as ‘a malicious attempt to force a person out of the workplace through unjustified accusations, humiliation, general harassment, emotional abuse, and/or terror’ as in Davenport.et.al. (1999), p 40.

Many executives find themselves hiring on the basis of taking a risk on a candidate, simply to get some major cobwebs removed from the organisation. However, the relationship is usually short-lived given the strength of focus to change of the appointee involved. In order for executives to rewind from this arrangement, they are resorting to 'Workplace Mobbing'.

Whilst 'Workplace mobbing' is an effective method for removing the personality involved, it has been found to introduce substantial risk to the brand. Especially under circumstances where the offended party has gained significant insight to a business and the means to attack the brand in a multitude of different ways.

Disruptive Innovation:: The Computer Games that could end all other Games!

Every generation of video game adds another layer to the pyramid. The pyramid is actually inverted meaning that as subsequent layers are piled on top, the structure becomes more and more precarious. As advances in video games technology are applied, the industry becomes more and more at risk from disruptive innovators. The cost and complexity of video game development has increased many fold, the competition in the market and the risks from insider threats is increasing all the time - much of it through low employee morale.

Many of these risks will seemingly be reduced by consolidation of the market players through acquisition and natural erosion of studios, leading to a future where much of the industry is dominated by only a few major players.

But whilst this may (seemingly) create more protection for the big publishers, this is not necessarily going to be a good thing for the industry.

Disruptive technologists are already working on projects that would see massively multiplayer games go online for a fraction of the cost of what publishers are currently investing. These games will drive demand through viral marketing campaigns and will offer subscriptions at a fraction of the price of todays PS3 or Xbox games. Content design is changing, from high aesthetics where the gamer doesn't have to you use their imagination to persuasive environments that tear at their imagination and make them use it.

So who actually will be driving these new projects?

Answer: Hackers will be driving them.

Persuasive Technology Warfare : A premeditated attack on consumer Mindshare? You bet!

Throughout the 80's and 90's technology vendors poured billions of dollars into research projects aimed at building new markets and leveraging existing ones through the application of new high-tech software products. They employed 100's of psychologists, technology gurus, security experts & marketing strategists to design strategies to entrench consumers in their products, via innovative, integrated, empowering, technology programmes. These strategies were forged against the political backdrop of a battle to dominate the international computer market. Whosoever controlled the perspective of the consumer, had a strong position in the marketplace upon which an even stronger position could be built. Vendors knew that to engage the consumer they would first need to get their attention, through effective viral marketing campaigns. They understood that they would need to produce highly persuasive devices to captivate their audience, by introducing alluring features in their products. Ultimately they knew that in order for the consumer to be permanently possessed, they would have to target them through ever more powerful persuasive propoganda strategies.

During this period "Systems Innovators" were instrumental in designing exploitative strategies for all of the major technology vendors. Today, these people can be found reconstituting billion dollar psychological warfare strategies designed to influence the consumers purchasing decisions and repackaging them for any type of organisation wishing to exploit their marketplace via the strategic application of information technology. You don't need to be a member of the techno-elite to benefit from their investment over the past 3 decades. You just need to understand how to weave these strategies into your own investments in technology deployment.

If you want to win the strategic battle in your particular marketplace and remain competitive, then you need to think like a "Systems Innovator" and apply technology with the intent and motivation of "an elite guerilla unit, priming their weapon systems for all out strategic and tactical warfare".
