Black Hat or White Hat Agent Provocateurs?

Alien Killer Robots reveal::

An agent provocateur is a person assigned to provoke the awakening of a new order within a group. This assignment can be either covert or overt and predominately represents the interests of others, outside the group.

Agent provocateurs can be found in the secret intelligence services, business directorate, politics and the worlds media.

Agent provocateurs can be classified in two camps.

1. Black hat
Black hat agent provocateurs seek to undermine and crush the free will of the target. Black hat agent provocateurs will step outside ethical boundaries to get the job done. Black hat agent provocateurs will take personal risks to get the job done.

2. White hat
White hat agent provocateurs seek to uplift and redirect the free will of the target. White hat agent provocateurs will only ever work within ethical boundaries to get the job done. White hat agent provocateurs will take personal risks to get the job done.

Agent provocateurs are experts in the art of subversion.
Agent provocateurs are sponsored by government or business, usually on temporary assignment - such is the nature of the job. Their work is rarely accountable to anyone else but them.

Hackers: 21st Century Entrepreneurs

Brand Killer Robot reveals:
The storm is no more when it loses its power over you
Yet deep rage and the desire for justice still lies deep within my heart
When the time comes the bourgeoisie celebrity will be hunted down and cut to the ground
This culling will not be done by knife or gun
This culling will not be done by fear nor might
They will lose everything when the profits from their game are redirected away from them.

Black Hat Self-Defense by Visualisation

Brand Killer Robots reveal::
I recently sat in on a really great lecture by Marketing Guru, Brian Tracy.
This lecture centred on how you can use IDEATION to visualise your way to success. So you might start by visualising what sort of business you might like. Who are the people there? What sorts of things are they doing? What product? Where located? Who are the management team? What strategic plan is in place? Who are the stakeholders? The customers and partners?
Then you might go on to think of the glorious brand you produced. A highly profitable business model with customers that wouldn't do business anywhere else. You are the successful CEO, with leather trimmed room and a huge fat bonus on the way.

So of course, after you have perfected the visualisation routine and your senses are at their greatest height - you are chomping at the bit to get started and make the whole bally show a reality.
So i got to thinking. How could black hats use this in other ways?
I came up with one. It was designed to put hair on the business mans chest and reduce the fear of business failure.

It goes like this...
Instead of visualising the most extraordinary successes ahead of you. Visualise the most castrophic failures.

Woops, there goes my business.
Woops there goes my career.
Woops, there goes all my money and reputation.
Woops, was that my wife that just flew past the window...
Its a really great way of learning about loss. By the time you finished, you've either slit your wrists - or your balls (sorry ladies), just got a lot hairier...

'Agent Provocateurs' discuss the term 'Agent Provocateur' on the WIKI!

Brand Killer Robots reveal::
In a post entitled "Intelligence Players clash on the Wiki over the definition of the term 'Agent Provocateur'" on the 22nd September 2007, we reported that there is currently no concensus reached over the definition. Since that time there have been further edits of the Wiki content which have served (in our view), to narrow the definition still further in favour of criminalising those who practice such techniques. For that reason we have written further to Wiki authors to discuss this term, with a view to re-focussing and broadening the definition. We will keep you informed as to how we get on. This is the letter we wrote to Wiki authors.

Agent Provocateur
We believe that the current definition of Agent Provocateur on the Wiki offers too narrow a definition and prefers to present 'Agent Provocateur' as a subversive type, intent only on disruption and destruction. We again offer our own definition of Agent Provocateur below. Please consider accepting this as the base definition.

An agent provocateur is a person assigned to provoke the awakening of a new order within a group. This assignment can be either covert or overt and represents predominately the interests of others, outside the group. Agent provocateurs can be found in the intelligence services, business management, politics and the media. Agent provocteurs can be classified in two camps.

1. Black hat Black hat agent provocateurs seek to undermine the free will of the target. Black hat agent provocateurs will step outside ethical boundaries to get the job done. Black hat agent provocateurs will take personal risks to get the job done.

2. White hat White hat agent provacateurs seek to uplift the free will of the target.

There is currently no concensus reached over the definition.

Black Hats of Westminister:: Programmers from the dark side?

Brand Killer Robots reveal::
They just looked like any ordinary bunch of super talented programmers. The usual, excellently minded intellectuals. Brilliant minded creators of software artistry.

They did everything the way every other programming team would do.
They wrote programs, then went home.
But something wasn't right!

Have you ever been in a position where you are talking to someone and you get this strange feeling that although they are responding affirmitively, they really disagree with everything you say? Sure they still do as you wish and as agreed, but something deep inside tells you that there is a different agenda at play here. Well that's the feeling i got when i worked with a mobile software design team in Westminster.

Something told me that i should look into the history of this project team. I thought, maybe something there might uncover some dark secret that would lead me to the truth. So i pulled the resume's on all employees and began to investigate where this team had come from. I found that most of the team had been together for 10 years. I found that the organisation we were all now working for had acquired the team as part of a company buyout five years ago. I found that none of the team had signed the new (non Tupe) employment contract and that they were now in dispute with the executive management team.

As i read and learned i became more and more uncomfortable about my own position. What had i got myself into, i thought? The management team were clearly not being open and honest with me about the difficult circumstances they were involving me in. The programming team were clearly not being open and honest about the difficult circumstances they had found themselves living with and were clearly only interested in dealing with the management team above. And there was i left in the middle, trying to live up to hundred "shifting" key performance indicators. Most of which would be a challenge, even with the best team of programmers, money could buy.

After six months of trying to work in an environment of grudging madness, i was finally told of my plight. I was told that i hadn't passed my probation, given six weeks notice and was allowed to leave immediately. I told the guy telling me that i wasn't sure what the future would hold for me, but that i would be back in touch if i ever fell on hard times.

Some time later i was informed by a friend that my appointment was only meant to be temporary, to cover for someone who was on maternity leave. Apparently, it was cheaper for the company to pretend to offer me a permenant role, than offer me a six month contract.

After a few months in the bottle, i finally reconciled my experiences.
I had wandered into a real rats nest of subversiveness.

Project Managers:: Are they playing games with public money?

Brand Killer Robots reveals:
Did you know that the majority of software projects today actually result in significant delays, with costs spiralling out of control? Did you know that many suppliers make this happen by approaching the project in a seemingly dilgent way at the beginning with a view to loosening the reins of responsibility and commitment as the project unfolds. Thus as the project unfolds, this weakening resolve results in delays and additional cost. Of course, these delays will always look like you the client were at fault. It's all part of the game.

Did you know that their real motive isn't to build you a great product, but to screw you out of as much money as they can - whilst building you a great product?

We know of one particular software company that wins government contracts and who never ever delivers on time and to budget. Apparently they have so much confidence in their freedom to do whatever they like, that they deliberately mismanage projects, so that the client (who often turns out to be them anyway - operating on behalf of the government) awards the contract to another software company within the same group. So the money never ever goes outside, it remains in the group and swells as the deceitful process unfolds.

It is no surprise that this company actually has a name for internal meetings that involve inter-business-unit transactions. They call them "Black Hat" meetings.

Who really holds the power in your business ---- You the CEO - or your IT department?

Brand Killer Robots reveal::
Ok, so you don't want to know that there is a dirty side to your business. You don't want to acknowledge that filthy stuff exists! Stuff which you have very little control over, but you heard about, but you just can't bring yourself to enquire about. Just in case the natives get restless and you end up causing more harm than good. Because you know that if you frame the question incorrectly, that you could erode trust and increase the extent of the problem many fold.

So you sweep it under the carpet, hoping that it won't come back to bite you and the company in the a*se. After all, -

you are no IT magician right!

Down in the basement where the hubs and the routers dance, live a bunch of subversives who talk in data packets about the latest Linux hack or Windows backdoor. "Models, constructs, objects, classes, hacks, cracks, scripts, protocols, useability, smoozeabilty, abuseability!"

Like demons in the darkness the subervient IT slaves bow to the IT director of the moment. "I was thinking" said the IT Director to the lead criminal. "I need to access John Reeds mailbox today". "I can't say anything more than i have had a request from above". "Ok", says the lead criminal, "i know what you mean, i'll add John's mail box to your Outlook folder immediatley".

Funily enough, Jayne the IT Director has access to all the directors email folders and all the company's files systems and all the company's business systems and network systems and marketing systems. And if she doesn't have access - she knows other people who will give her the keys for free - after all she is the IT Director!

Who really holds the power in your business - You the CEO - or your IT People?

Dotcom experience turns Creative Innovators into Security Experts

Brand Killer Robots reveal::
Just how many security experts used to be dotcomers, programmers, designers, producers or editors of creative material? Well the answer appears to be that a relatively high proportion came from these backgrounds. On closer inspection the results suggest that many of those with backgrounds in the creative industries became at one time or another disallusioned by their work and many found themselves becoming profoundly more interested in applying their creative and technical talents within the field of information security. Many of today's information security entrepeneurs were in fact executives of dotcom or computer companies in the 1990's.

One could draw the conclusion that these are just the types of people who are prone to chasing the next market trend or wave of hysteria, but analysis suggests that there is more to their motivation, than simply entrepreneurial spirit.

One hypothesis suggests that when you take the beautiful, creative, human spirit and you abuse it in ways that it does not understand, you firstly corrupt it beyond all recognition and secondly turn its will toward concentrating its energies in the ways of trying to defend against attacks from the dark side. Those who are intrinsically good will eventually become what is known as "white hat" security experts or ethical hackers and will turn their energies to fighting fear and injustice within the security arena. Those who were always motivated by some kind of financial gain or some other personal ambition will become "black hats" and become involved in some kind of criminal activity.

It could be said that the cognitive processes that lead to the invention of ideas are the very same processes that can be utilised to manage risk. The only difference being - how the creative mind is conditioned at any point in time.

A Trojan program that destroys reputations

Brand Killer Robots reveal ::
Security experts have confirmed the detection of a new form of trojan that targets computers owned by company executives. This new form of virus is designed to open up access to porn, which is then downloaded and left on the executives hard disk drive. Police authorities are alerted to the elicit material via anonymous email. It is thought that the new trojan was designed by black hats and sold to at least one company, who used it to discredit the directors at a major corporation.

Zone~less~ness

Brand Killer Robots reveal::
You know when you’ve been in the ZONE, when you’ve been typing at your keyboard and you suddenly become conscious that you’ve been sat in the same position for over 10 hours. When you’re still drinking that same old coffee in the evening that you prepared in the morning. When you don’t know the meaning of taking a break and bedtime is when you finally feel satisfied with the work you have done - which is usually sometime after 1am in the morning.

People say that hackers are negative, introvert, nerdy type people, when in actual fact the truth is that these opinions usually come from people with only half a brain. Trying to get us to think about them, rather than letting us concentrate on being in the ZONE. Ok, it does look a little odd when you’re trying to communicate with a zombie that seems to be ignoring you…

But the answer is … to SHUTUP and GO AWAY!

When you are stuck half way between real world and the Internet, it can have a serious effect on you. What you have effectively done is to open yourself up to live and think in two worlds simultaneously and both are having an effect on you. You have offered yourself up to operate in two worlds so that you might play a more intelligent role.
So what if the bed isn’t made! So what! Can’t you see that I’m stuck between two worlds, right now!

If you cannot find your way into the ZONE, then you will have to remain on the fringes of the new world. Unfortunately for you, this will mean that you will always remain an outsider. Someone with a blurred vision. Someone who has limited control over your identity. Lack of power over the things that frighten you on the Net.
You will never truly know what is going on under the hood of your computer. You just won’t get it!!!

And that puts you RIGHT IN THE FIRING LINE OF THE BLACK HATS.

Hackers to lead humanity out of the Visual Mind Prison!

Brand Killer Robots reveal::
There are those who believe that the Visual Mind Prison is created outside of our minds and then we are all lured into it and become trapped. That mankind is unable to solve this problem because it is unable to perceive what is happening to it in the first place.That some external force has stolen our imagination, replacing it with the images it wants us to see.

Rendering us vulnerable, incapable of defending ourselves. That we are all being controlled by world events and that we are all doomed and that there isn’t much we can do about it because the enemy is not something we can control, see or touch. That our understanding of the truth is limited by our own imagination, which has been re-programmed by the Alien Masters since the day we were born.

There are black hats that crawl this planet. Many of them more powerful than you can ever believe. Many of these people would like to take control of the world. Would like to round us up like cattle and herd us into some fascist controlled bullring of limited possibility.

But the reality of it is – THEY CANNOT.

Many have tried but have been unable to break the spirit of man and so long as this remains true and strong they will never succeed in their ambition. For as long as there is one single White Hat on this planet, the black hats will never defeat us. For we know their flawed agenda and we will tell it to the people. We will tell it to their hearts and they will know again which direction they must take.

The complete meltdown of humanity will come not from some black hat threat but by mankind falling into a total dream state. Caused by becoming intrenched in the things we have created for our own amusement. Caused by the things we have designed to make our lives somehow more bearable. Hypnotic things like technology, media and drugs. Caused by mankind becoming lazy, unconstructive and docile. Caused by humanity losing its independence, its freedom, its confidence and its joy. No my friends, the threat of becoming intrenched by the Visual Mind Prison comes from within, it does not come from any enemy outside.
Once you understand how powerful you truly are, you will realise that the ability to take control is really within your grasp. AND YOU MUST TAKE IT, LEST YOU FORGET WHAT YOU HAVE LEARNED AND FALL BACK INTO THE ABYSS.

Attention is what the black hat mind seeks to steal from you. For when your mind is pointed toward directions of limited importance it will not be attuned to the things that really do matter. Things like saving the world from annihilation. Like developing the mind and body of a warrior, preparing to defend truth and justice. Like sharpening the mind to bring peace and love to mankind, rather than sitting idly by whilst you watch the vultures pick the bones of the weak and less informed souls.

Control your reaction to mass opinion and emotion.

Clarify every issue. Be the master of every act. Concentrate on the task at hand. Direct your attention toward the things that really do make a difference in peoples lives and you will never become a prisoner of the Visual Mind Prison.

Hackers will lead you out of the Visual Mind Prison!
