Are Entrepreneurs like ticking time bombs? How big a risk are they to your brand?

Brand Killer Robots reveals::
Many of todays business entrepreneurs are like ticking time bombs.

Someday the truth will catch up on them - and their rage and their balls will be no more!

The real question is, how do owners protect their brands from this kind of distructive emotional meltdown, whilst harnessing the obvious genius of the self-made entrepreneur?

How to fix a broken ultrapreneur:: Unconditional Love?

Brand Killer Robots reveal::
It is not easy to walk away from something you love. Especially as that something you love is always there to remind you that you walked away from it.

It is like abandoning a child.

If the child does much better without you - you feel bad. If the child does much worse without you - you feel that it is your fault.

It is like a never ending nightmare - that never seems to go away - and you can't do anything about it.

This is the personality type of the highest-potential entrepreneur (the artiste) - but it is also the personality type of the most vulnerable.

Surrounding these people with unconditional love is the only way to get them to fly again.

Recovering from Brand loss:: Entrepreneurs who don't want to play anymore?

Brand Killer Robots reveal::
As a child, they took my toys away from me - and it hurt - it really, really hurt!

So when i was old enough i decided to create the greatest toys in the world.
Then they took my toys away from me - again and again, until i didn't want any toys. I didn't want to play anymore.

But other people still wanted me to play. But ask as they might - i didn't want to play anymore.

I didn't want any more toys.
Any more loss.

But in my heart - i still wanted to play - but something was holding me back.
That something was "fear of loss".

The big question here is - "how do brand-loving-entrepreneurs recover?".
"How do entrepreneurs regain their spirit of play?"
Part of the answer is finding someone to talk to who has recovered from just this kind of loss.

Calling all - 40 something ex-ultrapreneur males out there........
no didn't think so...... You're on your own Mr Robot.

Entrepreneurs - looking into the Abyss?:: Take heart "Players are always Players!"

Brand Killer Robots reveal::
When your spirit is low, you switch to the higher mind which wants to control and classify everything around you.

You become an analyst of players, rather than a player yourself. You used to be a player and now you are an analyst of players!

You do this to occupy your time until you regain your spirit. This is a confusing, frustrating place, but it is essential you live through it - and most do.

Then you rise again.

Players are always Players.

9 out of 10 businesses that fail - start with no market research?

Brand Killer Robots reveals::
When entrepreneurs say that they learnt the hard way, they mean two things. They learnt that you need to be around long enough to really understand what business is all about and secondly that you should never invest a penny until you have identified a clear target market for your product.

This doesn't mean that you shouldn't follow your heart, it just means you need to first start with market research.

We can all be passionate about this or that product, but how much more passionate are you when you are really in touch with your market? When you know how it thinks, what it looks like, how it is motivated and what it believes in and wants for the future.

You need to see, smell, touch, hear and taste your audience before you can truly cater for their every desire.

Don't start a business until you understand who you will be dealing with. Its all very obvious really, but 9 out of 10 business that fail - start with no Market Research.

Best way to predict the future: Is to Invent it. Why?

Brand Killer Robots reveal:
What have Google, Microsoft, MySpace and YouTube all got in common, apart from being among the wealthiest, most powerful companies on the earth? How did they make the big time and how do they remain at the top? What makes their brand more desirable, more trusted, more this that and the other - than anybody elses? In truth, the answer lies in that they all wanted to invent the future. They wanted to invent the future because they knew that this was the only way to have any control over the future. Their desire to predict the future is in fact a flaw in the character of these organisations, born from their founders own emotional security, borne from bad experiences in their childhoods.

Yes, for many CEO's, genius and entrepreneurialship is borne from emotional, physical or psychological abuse as a child. Sometimes all three. Analysis has confirmed that the greater the abuse for these types of people the greater desire to reconstruct the world in their own image.
Such acts serve to pacify the inner child, who is still running away from the subverted image of their childhood.
